Bryony has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness on all levels, and her idea of health and healing is a holistic one~ addressing body, mind, and spirit. She has immersed herself in these studies for over 30 years. Her training has included Massage and Hydrotherapy, Ortho-Bionomy®, two Yoga Teacher Trainings and advanced trainings for yoga teachers, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Matrix Energetics, Shiatsu/acupressure, Touch for Health, meditation, nutrition and detoxification, Macrobiotics, Ayurveda, Metaphysics, Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Kinesiology. Bryony is committed to personal and professional growth, and regularly attends continuing education courses to further advance her knowledge and skills.

Bryony's other passion is horses, and she has enjoyed a deep bond with them since childhood.  For over 30 years, she has been involved with equine rehabilitation and training; this lead to her career in therapeutic bodywork for both horse and human, yoga for equestrians, and equine movement therapy. Bryony’s education has included Equine Ortho-Bionomy®, massage and acupressure; equine biomechanics and rehabilitative movement therapy; a full dissection anatomy course taught by Dr. Deb Bennett, PhD; nutrition; classical dressage, natural horsemanship, and re-schooling ex-racehorses for new careers.

Bryony is grateful to her very sensitive horse, Marcondaia (Marco), who helped her to recognize the interrelatedness of her yoga practice, riding, and bodywork. He was a wonderful teacher for their 11 years together. With his inspiration, she began developing yoga programs for riders in 2000. She is a published author, and wrote Yoga for Equestrians articles for Florida Sporthorse Magazine for several years. Through her work, she hopes to bring greater understanding and improved relationships between people and their horses, and assist both in experiencing optimum well-being.
